We were shut down here due to weather. The hotel recommended it. It was really good pizza for sure. And I must give a major shout out to Lauren. She fixed us up with everything we needed. I would highly recommend this place.
Best thin crust pizza and worth the 11 hour drive from Texas. I've been to several Monical's locations and Arcola is the best every time. I always try to go as many times as possible during my visits back to Illinois.
Stopped in on our way home to Chicago and couldn’t have thought of a better spot. We called in so that our food was ready when we go there to dine in. The girl on the phone was super nice and when we got there our table was ready with our food. The pizza is the best and most definitely in my top 3! The salad was fresh and was perfect with the pizza. Will definitely stop here again when passing through.

Great dining experience, the food was warm and tasty, with a nice selection of toppings and the side selections were great also. The employees were very polite, courteous and attentive and made sure everything was good. The place was clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking and conveniently located just off the Interstate.
I stopped here while visiting my dad who just moved to Illinois. The service was fast and very friendly! Our server did an amazing job! We got the thin crust veggie pizza. It came out fast and was absolutely perfect! One of the best things crust pizzas I’ve ever had. The atmosphere of the restaurant was very enjoyable. I will definitely be stopping here the next time I come up to visit!
The pizza was very good. It's similar to a Detroit style pizza. The service was good also. And the atmosphere was very quiet and good!
Stopped here for a late lunch / early dinner while on a long drive. Friendly staff and the monicals menu hit the spot. I had a meatball sub that did not skimp on meatballs. The pleaser option with a salad is a great choice. I added the mozarella sticks and they were good as well. All in all I recommend this monicals. The building may be old but it's got great food (not just pizza) and friendly folks.
